Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These are the rules for using 67fm. We kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, ask us at contact@67fm.app.

1. Who we are

67fm, at 67fm.app, is run by ZOOMERS NETWORK LGTM S.R.L. (CUI 51548084), a company registered in Romania. When these terms say "we" or "us", that is who they mean. Our full details are on the company details page.

By using 67fm you agree to these terms. By paying to put a song on air, you also confirm you have read them and our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

2. What 67fm is

67fm is one shared radio station on the web: everyone who has it open hears the same song at the same moment. Anyone can pay to put a YouTube song in the queue. The highest bid plays first. When nobody has paid, our own house playlist plays.

There are no accounts. Listening is free and anonymous.

3. The music comes from YouTube

Songs play through YouTube's official embedded player, visible on the page. We do not host, copy or download any music. By watching or listening through the player, you are also using YouTube, so the YouTube Terms of Service apply to you, and Google handles what the player collects under the Google Privacy Policy. We look up song titles and lengths with the YouTube API Services.

Whether a video can be played, and where, is decided by YouTube and the people who uploaded it, not by us.

4. Putting a song on air: what a bid buys

5. What you can put on air

Please only queue songs you would be happy for anyone to hear. We may skip or remove a song, before or while it plays, if it:

If we skip or remove your song before it has played in full, for any of these reasons, you get your money back, as the refund policy explains.

6. Your display name is public

When you queue a song you can type a display name, up to 32 characters. It is shown to everyone: on air while your song plays, and in the queue. Leave it empty and we show "anon". Please do not use someone else's name, anyone's contact details, or anything abusive. We may remove or replace a name that breaks this rule, without removing your song.

7. Paying, and your right to change your mind

Payments are handled by Stripe, in US dollars. We never see your card details. Stripe sends your receipt to the email address you give at checkout.

67fm is a digital service. By paying, you ask us to start providing it straight away, and you acknowledge that once your song has aired, the service is fully provided and you lose your right of withdrawal. Until your song airs, you can still change your mind and get a full refund. The details are in the refund policy.

You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to pay.

8. Reporting a song or a name

If you see something on 67fm that you think is illegal or breaks these rules, write to contact@67fm.app with what it was, roughly when it aired, and why you think it is a problem. We look at every report, act quickly when it is justified, and tell you what we decided. If we remove something you queued, we tell you why when we can reach you, unless the law stops us.

9. Keeping the station on air

We work to keep 67fm playing, but we cannot promise it will never stop, lag or have a bug. We may change the house playlist, the look of the site, or how it works. If we ever close 67fm, we refund every paid song that has not aired yet.

10. Please don't

11. Limits on what we owe

Some things can never be limited by a contract, such as harm caused on purpose or through gross negligence, and your rights as a consumer. Those stay exactly as the law sets them. Beyond that, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and the most we can owe you for a song is what you paid for it.

12. When these terms change

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A song you already paid for is always handled under the terms in force when you paid.

13. The law, and complaints

Romanian law applies to these terms, and disputes go to the competent Romanian courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

Please talk to us first at contact@67fm.app; we reply within five working days. You can also turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and its alternative dispute resolution service at anpc.ro, or to the consumer authority or European Consumer Centre in your own EU country (eccnet.eu).
