Refund policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

The short version: if your song never airs, you get all your money back. Once it has aired, the service is done and there is no refund.

67.fm is run by ZOOMERS NETWORK LGTM S.R.L. (CUI 51548084). Our full details are on the company details page.

1. When you get a full refund

2. When there is no refund

3. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

By paying, you ask us to start providing the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once your song has aired, because the service is then fully provided.

Until then, the usual 14-day right to change your mind applies, and you get a full refund if you use it. In practice songs air quickly, so write to us as soon as possible. You do not need to give a reason, and you can use the EU model withdrawal form (Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU) or simply an email saying you withdraw.

4. How to ask

Write to contact@67fm.app from the email address you used at Stripe checkout, with the song and roughly when you paid. We reply within five working days.

The money goes back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually 5 to 10 business days.

5. Before you dispute a charge

Please write to us before you go to your bank. A refund we agree to reaches you much faster than a dispute does.
